The Graduate Project Limited is seeking a proactive People Officer in London to join the People team. You will provide first-line HR support, assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, and help manage HR data and administration across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Provide first-line HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
• Support employee relations processes including note-taking and case administration.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding from offer to induction.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
• Assist with learning and development administration and training coordination.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and data protection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR support and guidance to managers and employees
• Support employee relations processes, including note-taking, case administration, and investigation support
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities from offer through to induction
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data
• Manage HR administration including contracts, references, right to work checks, and DBS checks
• Support performance management, probation reviews, and employee lifecycle processes
• Assist with learning and development administration and training coordination
• Support HR projects, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure an excellent employee experience
• Help maintain compliance with employment legislation and data protection requirements
