Gearset is hiring a People Advisor to coach managers across the full employee lifecycle, handling performance and ER matters with sound judgement. You’ll embed yourself in various business areas to keep Gearset’s culture consistent as we grow, and you’ll streamline people processes in partnership with PeopleOps.

Qualifications

• Proven employee relations and performance-conversation experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and applying it in a commercial setting.
• Coaching and influencing style to build trust with stakeholders.
• Pragmatic problem-solving aligned to company goals.
• Discretion and integrity with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support managers across the full employee lifecycle, advising on performance and ER issues.
• Engage with different business areas to reinforce Gearset’s values and consistent employee experience.
• Identify and simplify people processes, collaborating with PeopleOps on improvements.
• Support manager enablement with tools, training, and guidance for leadership.
• Assist People Ops Partner on operational projects and absence coverage.
