This role includes managing employee relations and collaborating on engagement and inclusion initiatives. Overview

Join a fast-growing professional services firm as a People Advisor, delivering expert HR support across the employee life cycle and managing employee relations cases. This 12-month FTC role, based in Birmingham (3 days per week), offers the chance to work closely with leaders on engagement, well-being, and inclusion initiatives while developing your career in a supportive, flexible environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end HR support across the employee life-cycle, from on-boarding to exit
  • Manage employee relations cases including performance management, disciplinary and grievance investigations
  • Support key people processes such as bonus and salary reviews and appraisal moderation
  • Partner with leaders on engagement, well-being, diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with specialist teams across reward, D&I, and well-being
