Job summary

Nova Education Trust’s Central People Team is seeking an HR advisor to deliver a responsive, high-quality, and person-centred advisory service across our 17 academies in the trust. You will be the approachable first point of contact for day-to-day people queries, providing clear, practical advice on employment practices and Trust policies.

This permanent, full-time role requires safeguarding commitment; all staff will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check in line with DfE requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR advisory and employee relations preferred.
• Strong understanding of employment practices and policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a responsive, high-quality, and person-centred HR advisory service across 17 academies.
• Act as the approachable first point of contact for day-to-day people queries and provide clear, practical employment guidance.

Serving as the approachable, trusted first point of contact for day-to-day people queries, you will guide and empower leaders and colleagues with clear, practical advice on employment practices and Trust policies.
