Join RSM UK as a People Advisor, where you'll provide vital HR support across audit services. This role fosters workplace diversity and inclusion while offering an opportunity to influence employee experience from onboarding to departure. With a focus on relationship building and performance management, you'll collaborate with senior advisors and contribute to national HR projects.
About the role
Working as a key member of the people team, you will provide a commercial people service to our audit service line supporting the national technical audit and national data analytics teams across the UK.
You will manage the service delivery and support all elements of the employee experience from joining RSM, to going on family leave, to leaving, and everything in between. You will also work closely with the Senior People Advisor and People Advisory Manager to strategically support your service line and area of the business, working on engagement, sense of belonging, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion initiatives. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of the National People Team function with the opportunity to work on wider service line or national groups.
This role will work closely with three other People Advisors and have access to a People Assistant as well as other specialist functions within the people team including POT, reward, D&I and wellbeing.
The remit of the role will focus on proactive people support and advice to your client groups, including completion of the annual bonus and salary review processes, dealing with employee relations issues as they arise, providing wellbeing and absence management support, provision of management information/analysis and delivery of service line initiatives.
