What You'll Do

5 month fixed term contract

As a People Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our team. Your role will include:

  • Providing practical, commercially driven advice and guidance to line managers using policies and procedures to ensure fairness and consistency.
  • Supporting the delivery of the Group People plan and category People strategy.
  • Contributing to the tasks, projects and duties that contribute to the success of the People team in supporting the business and colleagues with day to day activities in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Supporting the activities of the central functions by facilitating onsite actions for resourcing, learning and development, payroll etc.
  • Managing and supporting with the delivery of casework.

Your work as a People Advisor will help us bring joy to our customers with exceptional food.

What you will need

We want to set you up for success. For the People Advisor role, we are looking for the following key skills and experience:

  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
  • Experience of supporting in disciplinaries and grievances and helping to resolve workplace issues before a formal process may be required
  • Experience of advising and coaching line managers
  • Demonstrating experience within a busy business across a broad range of people-related activities
  • Good Microsoft skills as well as previous use of an HR system or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
