  • Help guide successful delivery of People programs and processes that support the agency to achieve a "best places to work" culture and positive employee experience, including Wellbeing and Learning & Development programmes
  • Support the People Partner in developing and implementing strategies for employee retention, motivation, and engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to staff and leaders

What you'll need:

  • You have strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail
  • You will have the ability to foster strong, credible relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
  • You will have exceptional communication skills.
  • You are respectful in all you do, act with integrity and honesty and treat others fairly
  • You embrace and adapt to change with a positive attitude
  • You strive to find solutions with a proactive attitude
  • You will work collaboratively with the wider People team and Agency leaders
  • Part CIPD/CIPD qualified or experience in an Agency environment is desirable.
