Salary: £34,053.54 (£37,473.43 is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: Full Time – 35 Hours

Our People Services Team look after the colleagues who look after our customers – and this is hopefully where you come in. We currently have a vacancy in our People Advice Team for an Advisor with experience of complex, high volume Employee Relations casework.
Our Advice Team manage people-based risk for Riverside and are there to support our managers through complex situations and to ensure all colleagues have the best possible experience if involved in an ER case. You will need sound HR experience and expertise, an understanding of UK employment legislation and how to apply it, a resilient approach to work and a good amount of empathy.
We have a brilliantly flexible approach to work throughout Riverside and the Advice Team tend to head into the office once or twice a week, including Wednesdays. You are of course welcome to work from the office more if you’d like. New starters always describe the team as wonderfully supportive and friendly and we will do all we can to get you up and running and confident in the role.
