A leading company in the insurance sector is seeking a People Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role involves providing HR support, managing employee relations, and contributing to various projects related to wellbeing and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and experience in case handling, with opportunities for professional development in a supportive environment.
The Human Resources function plays an integral part in supporting the businesses' People Strategy and offers professional HR support and guidance to each area of the organisation.
As the People Advisor you will get actively involved in Employee Relations procedures. You will support the HR Manager in providing HR advice and guidance and supporting the wider team by sharing your experience and knowledge.
You will provide empathetic and pragmatic generalist support aligned to our Company Values to our Operations Divisions across the UK. There will also be opportunities to support and work on various People, Engagement, Charity, and Wellbeing related projects throughout the year. Our team also support our Charity Committee, the Engagement Team and our team of Mental Health First Aiders, as well as the employee relations aspect of the role, so this is a truly generalist opportunity.
Job Title: People Advisor (12 month fixed term contract)
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
Location: Liverpool offices on a Hybrid working basis
