About the role

What you'll do
- Support regional people planning
- Implement people strategies and act as role model
- Work with management on policies, procedures, and strategy
- Handle disciplinary, grievance, and consultation processes
- Build relationships with union representatives
- Identify training and development needs
- Support recruitment, succession planning, and performance management
- Participate in projects and manage employee wellbeing
- Promote leadership culture
About you
- Experience in HR, preferably multi-site
- Ideally CIPD qualified
- Proven results in developing people and handling complex situations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to influence decisions and ensure legal compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and related tools
- Full UK driving license
- Team player, inclusive, eager to develop, and ready for fun
