About the role

  • Support regional people planning

  • Work with management on policies, procedures, and strategy
  • Handle disciplinary, grievance, and consultation processes
  • Build relationships with union representatives
  • Identify training and development needs
  • Support recruitment, succession planning, and performance management
  • Participate in projects and manage employee wellbeing
  • Promote leadership culture
About you
  • Experience in HR, preferably multi-site
  • Ideally CIPD qualified
  • Proven results in developing people and handling complex situations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to influence decisions and ensure legal compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and related tools
  • Full UK driving license
  • Team player, inclusive, eager to develop, and ready for fun
