About the role:

The People Advisor role is part of the People Operations Team, and is a trusted advisor to the business. You will support line managers by providing advice and guidance across all HR policies and managing complex cases with a commercial focus. You're confident in your Employment Law knowledge and are comfortable translating this into the advice you give, managing complex cases (disciplinary, Grievance, Capability, Long Term Sickness, Performance, change management etc) from beginning to end. You're comfortable working independently, are able to prioritise effectively and manage high volumes of cases.

This is a collaborative role, you'll work closely with the team of People Partners to manage cases. You'll also work with the People Associates and People Operations Manager to ensure consistency of communication, policy and practices and sharing of information.

CIPD qualification or equivalent required.
