A reputable healthcare organization in Coventry is seeking an experienced CIPD HR Practitioner to support Employee Relations and provide comprehensive HR advice. The successful candidate will analyze data to improve processes and work collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance workforce productivity. Ideal for professionals with a strong background in HR and a passion for organizational development.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced/qualified CIPD HR Practitioner with a special interest in Organisational Development, Attendance and Employee Relations Case Management to join our People Operations Team.
