Overview

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced/qualified CIPD HR Practitioner with a special interest in Organisational Development, Attendance and Employee Relations Case Management to join our People Operations Team.

The Successful Candidate Will Support Areas Of The Organisation In All Matters Of Core HR Advice And Guidance And Work Collaboratively With Key Stakeholders To:

  • Provide expert HR advice, guidance and support on all Employee Relations matters, ensuring that case work is managed effectively and timely in line with Trust policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Analyse data trends through business intelligence reporting tools to support the development of innovative processes and practices as we strive to be a model employer through compassionate leadership interventions.
  • Provide advice to management teams anticipating and reacting to implications and changes in employment law and HR practice while ensuring that robust and effective Trust-wide working practices are safely deployed.
  • Work in partnership with managers, business partners and groups to resolve any emerging patterns that may benefit from Organisational Development streams of work to support optimising workforce productivity gains.
