Are you ready to join a fantastic People and OD Team that is enthusiastic, solution-focused, and works collaboratively with Faculties and Departments?



We are looking for a proactive People Adviser to join our People & Organisational Development team, supporting a diverse academic and professional services workforce. A People Adviser who shares our commitment to excellence, inclusivity, and empathetic leadership.



As a People Adviser, you will:

Provide expert guidance and advice throughout the full employee journey, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Coach managers in early resolution and formal employee relations concerns, fostering a supportive environment where employees can thrive.
Utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and effectively address People and OD matters.
Demonstrate high levels of organizational skills to manage your time efficiently and handle multiple priorities with ease.
Bring a professional attitude and keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work.
You will support our efforts to promote well-being, diversity, and a shared sense of belonging, while also contributing to effective change management processes.

We are currently operating a hybrid-model of working. However, the successful candidate would be expected to work on campus for part of the week based at the Pontypridd campus of the University of South Wales.
