Salary: £41,858 to £44,405 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Weeks: 52 weeks per year

We’re looking for a People Administration Manager to lead our operational HR administration function and ensure that our systems, processes, and people deliver excellence every day. Based at our Wakefield College campus, you’ll join a values-led team working across the Heart of Yorkshire Education Group to support a diverse and dedicated workforce.
We operate an on-site service to our customers during standard office hours, so our roles are predominantly carried out within the College environment. An element of hybrid working will be available following the induction period on a team rota basis.
This role is central to how we operate and grow. You’ll work closely with the Director of People Services and help deliver on our People Strategy while promoting our values: Respect, Inclusion, Ambition, and Collaboration.
