Job summary

BranWell Ford is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong UK pensions administration experience to drive a busy transformation programme. You will lead multiple projects and workstreams, delivering complex change across the business.

You’ll manage end-to-end delivery, balance scope, time and budget, and coordinate IT and business teams, vendors and stakeholders using both Agile and Waterfall approaches. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of pensions processes, systems and operational environments.
• Experience delivering multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Confident stakeholder management and hands-on delivery approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, on budget and to scope.
• Manage end-to-end delivery from planning to close.
• Work across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Coordinate business teams, technology teams and third-party suppliers.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and budgets.
• Run stand-ups, remove blockers and keep delivery moving.
• Use JIRA to plan and track activity.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and provide progress updates.
