ARCC CONSULTING LIMITED is recruiting a Pensions Project Manager in London. The role sits in a PMO context, delivering projects to support members and clients across change, software development, client implementation, and client change projects.

The successful candidate will lead change initiatives, coordinate resources, manage meetings, and monitor progress against time and budget, with responsibilities including identifying new commercial opportunities. Hybrid working model offered.

Qualifications

• Very strong DB or DC pension administration experience.
• Prior experience of pension projects, preferably from a management perspective.
• PRINCE2 qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, monitor, report, manage risk, and control change for projects to meet time, cost, and scope.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver against objectives, budgets, and timescales.
• Organize, manage, and lead project meetings, delivering status reports and updates.
• Track project performance and analyze completion of all goals.
• Identify and recommend additional commercial opportunities, including post-live projects.
• Deputise for the Lead Project Manager and represent the team when required.

About the Role

The Pensions Project Manager is a key member of the PMO team and is responsible for delivering projects to support contractual services to members and clients. The role includes delivery of internal business improvement projects across change, software development, client implementation, and client change projects.

Key Responsibilities
