You will have good Defined Benefit administration experience, gained from either an in-house scheme or Third-party administrator. You will be administering the Scheme’s benefits in accordance with Scheme Rules and agreed processes and methods. Experience of all types of member and scheme events would be ideal. DC knowledge would be beneficial. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required as is attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team.
