Responsibilities

• Develop expert knowledge of business systems and processes
• Assist in defining governance for new scheme installations
• Prioritise technology improvements based on business impact
• Collaborate on MI improvement roadmaps
• Define and establish the team, fostering effective connections
• Maintain strong governance standards with regular reporting

Requirements

• APMI or EPMI qualification is desirable but not essential
• Proven experience in occupational pension scheme administration and transformation
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pension systems
• Self-motivated, independent, and change champion
