Job summary

Isio is seeking a Pensions Systems Onboarding Specialist to support onboarding of new clients, aligning with regulatory requirements and client expectations. You will work with multiple stakeholders to deliver accurate pension installations and data validation.

Based in our regional city centre offices with a hybrid work style, the role involves reviewing scheme installations, reconciling member data, and contributing to process design to reduce maintenance overheads for the administration team.

• Proven track record delivering pension scheme installations.
• Proven track record delivering integrated payrolls.
• Ability to set up processes for installed schemes (e.g., pension increases).
• Proven systems knowledge for moving data between databases.
• Understanding the importance of audit trails and documentation.

Responsibilities

Pensions Systems Onboarding Specialist

The Systems Onboarding Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Onboarding of several new clients, contributing a new proposition within Isio. The role involves working with a number of different stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

This role can be based in any of our regional city centre offices, with a hybrid workstyle.

What does the role entail?

• Work within a team to deliver and review Scheme Installations


• Validate historical data, including service periods, salary history, and contribution records.


• Audit and reconcile member data to identify discrepancies or gaps.


• Ongoing support with data issues identified post Go Live.


• Participate in the build of optimised solutions to reduce ongoing maintenance overheads and deliver efficient solutions to the administration team


• Support the design and implementation of processes and procedures relating to Scheme Installations

What we're looking for

• Experience of modern pensions administration systems


• Proven record of delivering pension scheme installations


• Proven record of delivering integrated payrolls


• Able to set up processes (eg Pension increases) for installed schemes


• Proven Systems knowledge for moving data between databases


• Proven Systems knowledge for creating standard alone databases


• Understanding the power of good audit trails and documentation


• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and good interpersonal skills


• Excellent Planning & Organisational skills


• Strong analytical skills and creative approach to getting work delivered


• Willingness to identify and overcome barriers to delivery of work


• Management of key stakeholders at all levels in a typical corporate environment
