Job summary

Isio is seeking a Pensions Systems Onboarding Specialist to support onboarding of new clients and contribute to a new proposition. The role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment, client expectations, and business strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern pensions administration systems.
• Proven track record delivering pension scheme installations.
• Proven track record delivering integrated payrolls.
• Ability to set up processes (e.g., Pension increases) for installed schemes.
• Proven systems knowledge for moving data between databases.
• Proven systems knowledge for creating standard standalone databases.

Responsibilities

• Work within a team to deliver and review Scheme Installations.
• Validate historical data, including service periods, salary history, and contribution records.
• Audit and reconcile member data to identify discrepancies or gaps.
• Ongoing support with data issues identified post Go Live.
• Participate in building optimised solutions to reduce maintenance overheads and deliver efficient solutions to the administration team.
• Support design and implementation of processes and procedures relating to Scheme Installations.

The Systems Onboarding Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Onboarding of several new clients, contributing a new proposition within Isio. The role involves working with a number of different stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

The role involves working with a number of different stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

This role can be based in any of our regional city centre offices, with a hybrid workstyle.

What does the role entail?

• Work within a team to deliver and review Scheme Installations
• Validate historical data, including service periods, salary history, and contribution records.
• Audit and reconcile member data to identify discrepancies or gaps.
