National Law firm is seeking a talented Pensions Solicitor including NQs to join its leading team in Manchester. Offering pensions advisory expertise is a recent addition to the wider Employment Team at the firm and offers the opportunity to grow your career and work with well-renowned clients.

Job Title: Solicitor / Associate

Location: Manchester

Salary: £50,000 - £58,000

Previous Experience: At least a training seat within Pension Law

The Role:

You will have the opportunity to work closely with a specialist Partner who has developed a reputation for providing pragmatic, solutions-focused advice. Key Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the senior pensions Partner with various tasks.
2. Drafting and interpreting pension scheme documents.
3. Advising on pensions legislation and attending client meetings.
4. Staying updated on legislative changes and Pensions Regulator guidance.
5. Engaging in business development activities.

About You

You will have exposure to pensions law during your training contract and a desire to progress in pensions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to translate complex pensions language into plain English will be essential.
