Job description

There are very real progression opportunities on offer for an ambitious mid to senior level pensions associate with partnership aspirations at this growing, mid-market, international firm.

The firm has a clear strategy for growth and has had a very successful 12 months. They are highly regarded and ranked within all of their key areas of expertise. The pension practice covers the full spectrum of pensions work, including contentious, with limited transactional work. Clients include trustees, employers, public sector organisations, charities, and high net worth individuals.

In addition to broad ranging pensions experience from a recognised pensions practice, suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate an aptitude and willingness to get involved in client management, development, and marketing initiatives. The team is close-knit and supportive, and it is important that newcomers are team players who are happy to ‘roll their sleeves up’ and get involved, as well as take on mentoring and management responsibilities for more junior members of the team.

The firm has excellent training and development programmes, and for those on partnership track, there is additional support and mentoring available at every step of the process.
