Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for operational excellence and risk management? We’re looking for a Pensions Operations & Risk Analyst to deliver insightful management information (MI), track operational risks, and support continuous improvement across our Pension Trustee services.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver accurate MI reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Track and report operational risks, incidents, and mitigation actions.
  • Analyse trends and identify process improvements based on MI and risk data.
  • Maintain documentation and support operational planning and ad-hoc projects.
  • Collaborate across departments to gather data and communicate insights clearly.
About you
  • 2–5 years’ experience in operations or risk within financial services.
