Job summary

HRC Recruitment is assisting a client to appoint a Pensions Projects Client Manager in a hybrid role based in Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will own a portfolio of pensions data projects across DB, DC and CARE schemes, delivering complex projects on time, within scope and budget, while building strong client relationships.

You will lead project delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business development through proactive client engagement and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK Defined Benefit pensions and legislation.
• Experience delivering complex pensions projects, including GMP Equalisation.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering projects successfully.
• Strong commercial awareness with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Collaborative leadership style with experience coaching and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Scope, cost and deliver pensions data projects on time and within budget.
• Prepare and manage client billing; identify opportunities to expand Data Journey services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations.
• Lead, coach and develop team members; support recruitment and resource planning.
• Ensure delivery quality and compliance with standards.
