Hours - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What you’ll be doing:

We're seeking a Pensions Projects Lead to join Veolia's Pensions Department. You will manage diverse projects from assessment to delivery, shaping policies and processes along the way.

This role combines pensions expertise with project management skills to steer projects, lead communication initiatives, improve departmental efficiency, and support administrators at a senior level. Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and maintaining a strong understanding of pension governance and legislative requirements will be key.

What we’re looking for:

  • A strategic self-starter with excellent organizational skills and advanced problem-solving abilities
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and collaborative work ethic
  • Experience with pension administration systems and project management methodologies is advantageous
