Pensions Project Administrator

Our Third Party Administration (TPA) department is a dynamic team managing a varied portfolio of clients. We provide market-leading services on Defined Benefits (DB), Defined Contribution (DC), and CARE pension arrangements.

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join as a Pensions Project Administrator within our Data Journey team, based in our Edinburgh or Glasgow Office.

What will your role look like?

You will support the delivery and implementation of pensions administration data enhancement projects, including preparing schemes for Dashboard connection, data cleansing for buy-in projects, and GMP equalisation, working as part of the national TPA Data Journey Projects Team.

Key tasks include:
  • Undertaking pensions-data cleanse and improving electronic data under guidance.
  • Assisting with the production of project closure reports.
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Running data extracts, analyzing data, and producing reports.
  • Following office procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties, including mailing exercises and helpline duties.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
  • Minimum GCSE/Scottish Standard Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of DB pensions and project experience.
  • Experience in an administrative environment.
  • Experience in data collection and input.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
