  • Designing and delivering large-scale programmes aligned to client strategy.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, administrators, advisors, third party providers and internal teams.
  • Developing programme plans, governance frameworks, and reporting structures.
  • Facilitating steering groups and programme-level meetings.
  • Handling risks, interdependencies, and resource needs across projects.
  • Providing strategic insight and challenge to ensure alignment with evolving client goals.
  • Supporting clients in interpreting and implementing pension reform and policy changes.
  • Coordinating multiple projects to ensure timely, efficient, and budget-conscious delivery.

  • Proven track record to lead complex programmes across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in strategic relationship management, project / programme governance and reporting, risk and dependency management, policy interpretation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to provide strategic recommendations and adapt plans to meet evolving client needs.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional qualifications such as APMI, FIA, PRINCE2, MSP or similar
