Job summary

Pertemps Recruitment Partnership, representing the London Borough of Harrow, is seeking a Pension Officer to join the Payroll Services team on a temporary basis. Location: Harrow (Hybrid, 2-3 days in the office).

Pay rate: £18.22 per hour PAYE. The Pension Officer will deliver pensions administration for Harrow employees, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide specialist advice to resolve pension issues.

Qualifications

• Experience handling pensions administration in a large organisation.
• Solid knowledge of the Teachers' Pension Scheme and related regulations.
• Ability to develop policies, procedures, and practices.
• Excellent ICT skills and familiarity with pensions systems.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to manage staff, budgets, and resources.
