Pensions Manager, In-house Corporate-facing Team

Join a collaborative and supportive in-house team managing a £multi-billion pension fund. This role offers a highly varied and progressive career move, supporting strategic development and pension scheme management.

  • Support strategic development, providing innovative solutions such as pension risk reduction and member options.
  • Participate in funding discussions, including valuation negotiations with trustees.
  • Lead actuarial input into IAS19 company accounting, working closely with advisors, auditors, and internal finance teams.
  • Manage reporting of pension scheme performance.
  • Support projects impacting DB and DC plans, such as M&A or restructurings.
About you

Suitable for a 1-2 year post-qualified actuary or someone who has recently completed their studies. You should have experience in pension scheme management for DB plans, gained in-house or through consultancy, with skills in strategy development, implementation, and project management.
