Job summary

Lane Clark & Peacock LLP is offering a Summer Internship in Pensions Management Consulting (PMC) in London for 2027. The role focuses on governance, risk management, and trustee support, with exposure to client projects and procurement exercises.

We look for A Level results at B or above and a degree track to 2:1, plus IT and strong analytical skills. This paid internship provides real project experience and potential pathways into the Graduate Programme.

Qualifications

• Three A Levels at a B or above.
• Studying for a Degree in any subject and on track to achieve a 2:1.
• I.T. skills – including Microsoft software.
• Problem solving, numeracy and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising on scheme governance, risk management, and trustee board meetings.
• Facilitating sessions to help trustees and sponsors assess and improve their effectiveness.
• Presenting ideas and advice to individuals with varying levels of expertise, from pension scheme members to CEO's.
• Designing and lead procurement exercises for clients, conducting detailed research with service providers.
• Manage a range of projects for clients, the company, and the wider pensions industry.
• Drafting reports for trustees and employers.
