Job summary

Aptia UK Limited seeks a De-Risking Analyst to join the UK Pensions Projects team. You will support the delivery of pension de-risking projects, perform data analysis, and engage with stakeholders to ensure quality and timeliness.

With 1–3 years in UK Pension Administration, you will handle DB pension calculations, data audits, and contribute to project documentation while collaborating with offshore teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in UK Pension Administration.
• Experience with DB pension calculations and member data.
• Pensions project experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of pension de-risking projects, ensuring work is on time and within budget.
• Perform and review DB pension calculations and member data analyses.
• Execute and peer-review project work, identifying risks and maintaining data quality.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, including engagement and non-reliance letters.
• Monitor project progress and escalate delivery or budget risks as required.
• Support project billing and budget tracking activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving queries.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to coordinate project activity and ensure delivery.
