WTW's Pensions Data Solutions team brings depth of experience and flexible resources to deliver the right solutions, regardless of how complex your requirements or how large your scheme. No data project is the same, and we have experience creating and delivering solutions for a wide range of issues and customer bases.

Pensions Data Solutions provides cost-effective solutions for:

  • Auditing data, benefits, and calculations
  • Bulk data rectification and benefit (re-)construction
  • Data cleansing and electronic data improvement

The Role

We offer a unique opportunity to join WTW as a Pensions Data Specialist responsible for implementing bulk calculations within a highly experienced and diverse team. Using your knowledge of defined benefits pensions, numeracy, and analytical skills, you should be comfortable working with modern software and have an interest in programming and developing technological solutions for our clients' benefit.

Additionally, strong organizational skills and core project management behaviors are essential to complement your technical expertise. Experience in bulk pension correction, rectification exercises, data auditing, and data cleansing is advantageous.

This is a hybrid role which can be based in our offices in London, Reigate, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, or Edinburgh.

Our work style: At WTW, we trust you to manage your work and the resources you need for success. Most colleagues work in a hybrid model, combining remote, in-person, and in-office interactions based on team, role, and client needs. Our flexibility is rooted in trust, and 'hybrid' is tailored to individual circumstances.

We recognize the importance of flexibility in supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce. WTW offers flexible and part-time working options.

Why WTW?

We have extensive experience handling complex data cleansing challenges across various pension arrangements. Our independent approach challenges the status quo to deliver tangible benefits and value for money.
  • Our experience with de-risking projects gives us unrivalled insights into prioritizing data issues.
  • We offer a defined career path with diverse opportunities within a dynamic team, supporting colleagues to align roles with their passions, strengths, and aspirations.
  • Regardless of the office location, you will be part of the wider WTW community. Our inclusion networks include Gender Equity, LGBT+, Multicultural, Workability, and Young Professionals, along with a CSR group promoting social and charitable activities. These initiatives foster an environment where diversity can thrive.

What can we offer you? We provide a competitive salary and excellent benefits, including pension, life insurance, medical insurance, eye care vouchers, and flexible benefits such as critical illness cover, dental, and more.
