Make a real difference at the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS)
We are looking for a Pensions Dashboards Implementation and Transformation Lead to drive the successful integration of the Pensions Dashboards Programme (PDP) into MaPS’ day-to-day operations. This is your chance to turn strategy into reality, leading the practical delivery work that will ensure MaPS is ready, aligned and equipped to operate the Pensions Dashboards Service (PDS) sustainably, while also laying the foundation for MaPS’ future leadership in the pensions dashboards ecosystem

Role Overview
Lead operational delivery and transformation activities to embed pensions dashboards into MaPS’ business-as-usual environment.

You will develop toolkits, playbooks, and procedures, run readiness activities, and coordinate teams across MaPS to ensure systems and people are fully prepared for go-live. Your work will remove operational barriers, support staff confidence, and ensure a smooth transition to a high-quality dashboards service.

What We Offer
Flexible Working
At MaPS, we take pride in our flexible approach to work. As standard, we work on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week. Hybrid working is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement and our headquarters in Bedford will be your contractual place of work. The number of days that anyone will be able to work at home will be determined primarily by business needs, but personal and other relevant circumstances will also be considered. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working, including whether a hybrid working arrangement is suitable for you, will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.
