The Senior Consultant will play a key role in delivering professional and proactive trustee executive services to large clients, managing projects, and contributing to the development and marketing of the consultancy's services. Responsibilities

  • Act as lead trustee secretary for multiple clients
  • Deliver governance thought leadership and strategic input
  • Conduct governance reviews on board effectiveness and risk management
  • Provide in-house support to clients as needed
  • Lead new business tender processes, including pitches
  • Manage own and others' workloads effectively
  • Build and maintain industry networks to identify opportunities

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of scheme governance and industry trends
  • Broad experience in trustee secretariat and governance consulting
  • Confidence in all aspects of trustee meeting support
  • Degree-level education and professional pensions qualification (e.g., APMI, FPMI)
  • DB & DC trust-based experience and passion for governance
  • Up-to-date legislative knowledge and familiarity with TPR's General Code
