Job Description:

Based in London or Havant with some travel to either site.

As part of the Global Centre of Expertise (CoE) for Reward, this position is responsible for administering, ensuring compliance, and communicating EMEA Pensions and International benefit programmes, under the guidance of the International Benefits and EMEA Pension Manager.

The Pension Administrator will work closely with employees, plan trustees, and external service providers to maintain accurate records, process pension contributions, and invoice payments.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage company employee pension and benefits programs, providing guidance and analysis. Administer invoice payments and plan renewals.
  • Ensure all related programs comply with established guidelines, processes, procedures, and applicable laws.
  • Stay informed about trends and developments in employee pensions and benefits. Support pension and benefit communications to employees.
Additional Duties:
  • Support all pension and benefit activities, collaborating with regional Reward teams and external vendors for efficient administration.
  • Coordinate with the US team to ensure timely statutory reporting.
  • Ensure invoices are paid promptly.
  • Develop and maintain employee communications to enhance engagement and understanding.

Provide information and guidance to plan participants on eligibility, benefits, and provisions.

  • Prepare communication materials such as webinars, statements, and newsletters.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees, retirees, and external stakeholders regarding pension plans.
  • Offer advice and support to Regional Reward leads as needed.

Monitor project income and collaborate with the International Pensions and Benefits Specialist to ensure projects are delivered on plan and budget.

  • Work with the Reward Operations team to improve processes.
  • Cover for the International Pensions and Benefits Specialist when necessary.
  • Apply a comprehensive understanding of pension and benefit principles.
  • Work effectively in a high-volume, complex business environment.
  • Manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including payroll-related queries and interdepartmental coordination.
  • Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Require 6 years of professional experience, or 4 years with a related Masters degree.
