• Develop pensions provider relationships to ensure customer service.

• Provide guidance to the Pensions Banking Team.

What you will do:

• Develop pension provider relationships to ensure first-class customer service is achieved
• Create new business, and expand the pensions “portfolio/book”
• Work with financial crime and risk colleagues to mature the due diligence review process.
• Ensure Financial Crime related referrals are prioritised and dealt with within agreed SLA’s
• Manage Experian alerts ensuring associated procedures are followed and findings documented as prescribed
• Provide guidance and assistance to the Pensions Banking Team with particular focus on developing the knowledge base of the pension sector
• Develop internal relationships with Partnership Support, Pension Banking Team, Head of Pensions Banking and Support and representatives from our own Risk & Compliance, Payments and IT teams

What you will need:

• Comprehensive understanding of pension related savings and transaction banking products

• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex facts to a variety of people from Support functions through to senior management

• Management experience gained in a process driven environment

• The ability to work independently to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy

• Strong knowledge of Partnership proposition’s along with an understanding of the supporting infrastructure (Commercial Online Banking)
