A leading technology provider in the UK is seeking a technical support specialist to assist clients with policy administration products. Key responsibilities include resolving software issues, writing SQL queries, and maintaining documentation. Ideal candidates should have experience in UK pensions and strong client-facing skills. This role offers a dynamic work environment focused on continuous learning and development.
On a daily basis you will be providing support for Lumera’s suite of leading policy administration products to our clients. You will also be responsible for the deployment of ad hoc software fixes. You will be liaising with clients directly and also Lumera staff at all levels to ensure issues are resolved successfully. This is an ideal position for someone with a pensions administration background who wishes to move into a more technical role.
