Job description

Great opportunity for a Pensions and Payroll Advisor to join this leading organisation based in Stevenage in a newly created role.

You will be responsible for supporting the Pensions Manager and Senior Payroll Specialist with the day to day running of both areas and a range of project activities. For pensions this includes support for the ongoing management of the pension schemes, death in service and income protection policies. For payroll this includes support for the accurate running of the payroll.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Pension Manager on all aspects of the DB and DC pensions
  • Responsible for data analysis and reporting
  • Streamline existing pension processes
  • Support with development and delivery of communications to employees around pensions and risk benefits
  • Supporting across a range of payroll day to day activities
  • Supporting the administration of payroll services
Experience Required:
  • Essential - previous experience of working in a pension-focused role with knowledge of pension scheme arrangements (defined benefit and defined contribution)
  • Desirable - previous awareness of payroll-focused role
  • Strong MS Office Skills particularly Excel
  • Initiative, driven and with the ability to work independently.
