Pensions Administrator (Quotes Team)

Role Summary: General administration duties related to the process of releasing money from clients' pension funds. Responsibilities include obtaining quotations, preparing suitability letters, and communicating professionally with clients and providers. Managing and prioritising workload effectively.

Responsibilities:
  1. Answer delegated telephone calls promptly and professionally.
  2. Handle day-to-day administration tasks efficiently.
  3. Obtain and prepare quotations upon request.
  4. Maintain regular communication with financial advisers when requesting quotations.
  5. Prepare and issue suitability letters in a timely manner.
  6. Ensure clients pass Anti-Money Laundering requirements and gather additional information if necessary.
  7. Recognise data breaches and report them to your Line Manager.
  8. Adhere to all security and confidentiality policies.
  9. Recognise and report customer complaints to your Line Manager.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of the pension release process.
