Pensions Administrators play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operation of workplace pension schemes. Our primary role is to help members of pension schemes understand the complicated world of company pension schemes. The role entails supporting senior pensions administrators, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks that may include:

• Dealing with pension scheme members via e-mail, letter, and telephone, explaining how their pension works
• Handling complex calculations
• Producing quotations and setting up member benefits
• Maintaining member records, for example changes of address
• Keeping up to date with changes in the world of pensions

Your work will make a real difference, helping us meet our client expectations and communicate effectively with a variety of third parties.
As an apprentice you will be guided through an 18-month programme by your company mentor and a consultant from The Growth Company as experts in apprenticeships.

You will receive technical and soft skills training of a wide range of topics to equip you with the tools you need for the role.
