NJR Recruitment is seeking a Financial Planning & Pensions Administrator / Client Relationship Manager to join their busy Leicester team. The role offers hybrid working with a mix of office and home-based tasks, supporting Pension Consultants and managing SIPP/SSAS portfolios.

The ideal candidate will be intelligent, ambitious and possess strong communication and artefacts skills, with drive to succeed within financial planning. Salary up to £35,000 plus benefits and exam support.

Qualifications

• First point of contact for clients within your portfolio.
• Timely input of data into the system.
• Dealing with routine correspondence with clients, advisers and providers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HMRC and FSA deadlines are met.
• Organise and prioritise work to manage client expectations.
• Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for correspondence and documents.
• Prepare new business documentation.
