Overview

Join our dynamic team of pension and implementation consultants as a Transition Consultant. In this role, you will provide implementation services for new clients and drive efficiency projects for existing clients, focusing on flawless execution and impactful outcomes. Be at the forefront of redefining the pension industry!

How you'll make an impact

  • Collaborate within a team to deliver top-tier implementation services.
  • Follow team standards, applying recommended practices, project assurance criteria, and audit requirements.
  • Partner with senior consultants to ensure seamless project progression.
  • Generate test matrices and test cases, conduct detailed testing of automated routines across scenarios.
  • Support senior consultants with data loads and system improvements.
  • Ensure peer reviews and maintain knowledge of pension legislation and system functionality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned; extra hours may be required during peak periods.

About You

  • Proven pension experience with strong technical knowledge.
  • Understanding of pension scheme rules and actuarial instructions.
  • Experience with pension systems and databases.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
