This is an exciting opportunity to join our Pension Risk Transfer team as a Post-Transaction Pricing Manager.
You will lead our Post-Transaction Pricing (PTP) activity, overseeing transaction pricing for existing PRT clients and ensuring the effective application of the bulk annuity pricing basis to deliver accurate and timely pricing in support of post-transaction servicing.
As the technical lead for PTP, you will be responsible for the ongoing development of the PTP operating model, oversight and sign‑off of bulk annuity pricing, development of post transaction pricing methodologies, and the effective use of technology. Working closely with colleagues across the PRT Deal Team, Client Services, Risk and Audit, you will help drive operational excellence, strong customer outcomes and a robust control environment.
We are looking for an experienced pensions or insurance professional with strong technical knowledge of bulk annuity pricing and post‑transaction activities.
You will have experience of working with complex pension liabilities and pricing methodologies, together with a strong understanding of the governance and controls required to support PRT transactions.
You will be comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups, including the Deal Team, Client Services, Finance, Risk, Audit and third‑party suppliers. You will combine strong technical expertise with sound judgement, helping to drive improvements in pricing methodologies, post‑transaction processes and operational efficiency.
Experience leading teams and developing colleagues is essential, alongside a collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering high‑quality customer and commercial outcomes.
