A leading company is seeking a Pension Projects Team Leader to manage client projects and a team of Analysts. This role offers the chance to lead billable projects in a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in pension schemes, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop team members in a hybrid work environment.
As a Pension Projects Team Leader at WTW you would be working on one off billable client projects across a large client with multiple schemes including DB / DC / Hybrid entitlements. You will be working alongside another Team Leader responsible for repeatable project deliveries, as well as a technical lead. You will have the opportunity to use your experience to date and to develop your career further.
Managing a team of Analysts, you will be responsible for providing a professional, high-quality service to our clients and their members, managed through a rolling schedule of objectives and developing your team. If you are motivated, self-driven, a people person and have a can-do attitude you will fit well within our busy working environment.
