Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual from within the Pension industry - perhaps with an administration or client servicing background, or an aptitude for data analytics, scheme implementation orprocess development - to take the next step in their career into project management.

You will be joining an interactive, highly-collaborative and top-tier team, in a position that will provide a great deal of variety, opportunity to learn and grow and develop, and insights into developing the best project delivery skills and expertise. You will cultivate relationships with a diverse range of internal and external collaborators; further emphasizing the scope and impact of this position.

This position sits within our Wealth Consulting team, responsible for leading and delivering diverse projects in relation to GMP work.

How you'll make an impact

Client Project Management

  • Handle a portfolio of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Update and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and other crucial project documents.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with collaborators across the business, building strong working relationships across divisions.
  • Work closely with project teams and subject matter experts to resolve complexities and ensure efficient client outcomes.
  • Attend client meetings to provide project updates and address any queries from trustees.

Internal Project Management

  • Maintain the ongoing project pipeline to ensure sufficient resourcing and smooth deliveries.
  • Proactively investigate process improvements and efficiency savings to improve the end-to-end process.

New Business Support

  • Use and maintain fee models, crafting new business proposals to showcase our client offerings.
  • Participate in new business pitches as the need arises.
