Overview

Following several fantastic years during which we have significantly grown our headcount, client base, market presence, and industry awards, we are currently recruiting for 2 Consulting Actuary positions. These roles can be assigned to our offices in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, and Ipswich, with flexibility for remote work and part-time arrangements.

How you'll make an impact

1. Developing our corporate consulting practice by contributing to new business development, attending prospect meetings, and developing tools and marketing collateral;
2. Providing actuarial advice and consulting services to corporate clients;
3. Advising clients on pension scheme funding, statutory and reporting figures;
4. Advising on non-actuarial issues, including legislative changes affecting schemes;
5. Preparing and presenting materials for new business and existing client pitches;
6. Handling internal actuarial and pensions queries from staff;
7. Responding to client queries regarding pension operations, funding, asset allocation, and legislative changes;
8. Attending client meetings and speaking at seminars;
9. Peer reviewing work and ensuring quality standards;
10. Maintaining accurate time records and client billing.
