Description: HAYS - Pension & Benefit Specialist - Hybrid working with flexibility - based in Manchester - Permanent contract

Your new role

In this role, you will work alongside the HR, Payroll, and Finance teams, reporting to the Head of Benefits and Pensions. You will provide expert advice to internal employees and stakeholders and liaise with relevant pension boards. You will manage various pension schemes, including defined contributions and defined benefits, ensuring compliance with auto-enrolment processes.

What you'll need to succeed

You should have at least 3 years of experience in in-house pension administration. Experience with both DC and DB schemes, as well as internal benefit schemes, is preferred. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential. You will act as the main point of contact in the absence of the Head of Benefits and Pensions, so excellent communication with senior internal stakeholders is expected.
