The role: Pensions Analyst

We are looking for a Pension Administrator to work with and provide support to our Workplace Savings Consultants and / or take the first step into a career in consulting.

This position would suit an experienced DC / DB / SIPP / SSAS / IFA Administrator looking for their next career move, or an Analyst /Associate wanting to widen their knowledge and experience of using a benefits management platform.

We will count on you to:

  • Prepare pension governance slides by gathering and analysing data for Workplace Savings Consultants to present to clients.
  • Attend pension governance meetings, writing minutes and following up on action items.
  • Onboard and implement new pension clients, ensuring correct setup on Darwin and with pension providers, and producing employee-facing documentation.
  • Lead or participate in pension change projects, including necessary updates in Darwin for scheme, provider, and contribution rule changes.
  • Support consultants with auto-enrolment implementations and re-enrolment projects, maintaining employee-facing documents on Darwin and resolving client queries.

What you need to have:

  • A degree qualification or relevant administration experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A strong desire to develop within Group Personal Pensions, with an eagerness to learn about different insurers, products, and clients.
