Aptia Group is seeking a Pension Administrator in Leatherhead to join our Pensions Administration team on a hybrid basis. You will handle leavers, data updates, benefit setup, and respond to member enquiries while delivering accurate work to clients and their members.

We value strong numeracy, GCSEs in Maths and English, good IT skills with Microsoft Office, and collaborative team players who can follow processes and improve how we work.

Qualifications

  • Strong numeracy skills in a numbers-focused role.
  • Experience in pensions administration desirable, ideally with knowledge of Defined Benefit schemes.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above).
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and databases.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • A team player with strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a wide range of pension administration activities, including leavers, data updates, setting up benefits into payment, and responding to member enquiries.
  • Support annual scheme events and updates.
  • Perform pension calculations with guidance from your team.
  • Accurately inputting and maintaining pensions data across systems.
  • Delivering work within agreed timescales and maintaining high quality standards.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to drive continuous improvements in processes and client service.
