Your proficiency in Defined Benefits (DB) and/or Defined Contribution (DC) pensions administration will have a substantial influence as you guide our high-reaching team. This position is crucial in supporting occupational pension schemes, upholding outstanding quality standards, and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement. How you'll make an impact In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships and actively engaging in trustee and client meetings. You will offer expert advice on pension-related queries while keeping abreast of industry developments. Addressing errors and complaints with effective, detailed solutions is crucial, as is encouraging and supporting team members to reach their highest potential. You will coordinate all aspects of pensioner payrolls, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time. Conducting internal audits and driving process improvements are also key responsibilities, along with monitoring staff performance and providing constructive feedback to foster continuous growth. About You Experience with DB, DC, CARE, or Hybrid pension schemes is highly valued. QPA or PMI qualifications are beneficial but not crucial. A minimum of 2 years in a Principal/Senior Administrator or Deputy Team Lead role. Confirmed experience in pension scheme administration and complex calculations. Strong leadership and mentorship abilities to successfully guide your team. Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Office. Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships.
